To the heights
and toward healing

The human body is the most impactful and influential thing in all of the created world. The body's capacity to reveal what is best and most valuable in life is shown forth in what we do and how we live.

Your body (and your life) is made better when we aim "to the heights" and toward healing each day that we are given. It is a true marvel.

It is my hope to be a bridge & collaborator with you to reach new heights in movement, health, wellness, and healing.

A model of accompaniment and accessible care

Statistics point to the fact that nearly half or more of the US population have experienced (or are now experiencing) pain or injury.

And when it comes to visiting a primary care provider, nearly 40% of them are related to a musculoskeletal ailment- the second most common reason for a visit.

Sometimes symptoms tend to “go away”, but often when left untreated or unaddressed, these issues worsen and can become the unfortunate “new norm” for many. And many of us run into barriers (logistical, psychological, etc.) in being able to access quality and essential health assessments.

Should we throw up our hands and accept this for what it is? Or seek a solution to improve?

What I've established is a model of accompaniment that is both trustworthy and accessible to help you have the best possible opportunity for healthy movement, wellness, and healing.

For individuals and for groups, I've made an effort to help you access and put into practice the reality of healthy movement and living.

You're made for greatness. Let's get there together!

About Me

For over a decade, as a Doctor of Physical therapy and Certified Athletic Trainer, I have been devoted to seeing movement, rehabilitation, wellness, and the human body in light of Faith and the truth of the human person.

My academic background comes from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, University of Nebraska Medical Center, and further specialization through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties.

Since 2012 I’ve worked in orthopedic rehabilitation and wellness (as a certified athletic trainer) and obtained my Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) in 2015. Since then, I’ve worked with thousands of individuals ranging in every spectrum of ailment and disability that can come to outpatient physical therapy.

In founding a running clinic, working as a clinic director, publishing a book, and through writing and teaching courses on various topics, I continue to grow in a love for helping others access and apply normal, healthy movement in their lives through a personalistic approach to care.

I have been especially inspired by the Theology of the Body, helping to shed light on who the human person is, and how we experience what it means to be human in light of Christ. What is true about the human person in light of the Gospel, is something that I feel personally called to rediscover, teach, and help to apply in light of movement, health, and healing.
