What is an online consult & assessment?

The digital consultation is a 45-60 minute service offering an online assessment and tips for rehabilitation or training. Designed for easy access dialogue about any musculoskeletal complaint, pain, dysfunction, activity limitation, or athletic and lifestyle goal. 

This is designed to benefit an individual by expanding their knowledge and increasing access to healthy movement and lifestyle wellness through the expertise and skillset of a physiotherapist.

What it looks like:

Access to a trustworthy and intentional resource for pain, injury or dysfunction, athletic or lifestyle goals, and most musculoskeletal complaints can be difficult, if not burdensome on many individuals. The digital consultation does not take the place of a formal physical therapy evaluation (or a medical diagnosis), however it provides much easier access to help for the health and healing of an individual, without the many barriers of seeing a physical therapist.

The digital consultation is a one-on-one meeting that will help with:

​

• Assessing and discussing present or past injuries or ailments

• Someone dealing with pain (new or persistent)

• Interest in improving health or wellness (fitness, weight, general wellbeing, etc.)

• Anyone who wants to move better or feel better

• Individuals who have never had movement addressed by a physical therapist

(After the initial consultation, a few follow up sessions may be warranted based on findings.)
